So, the only way to get better is to do things otherwise from others. This is creativity. Let us talk first though about why creativity is so essential. Several years ago, I started seeing some tendencies that fascinated me. Several global innovation indices showed that some countries like the United States were slipping, and different areas such as European China were gaining. I discovered reports about countries which were building creativity into their schools and companies. Places I never really thought of as being inventive. Just like China and Japan? Mexico and Germany? Nevertheless, they were doing some things. So, what exactly was going on here? It turns out that as other nations were becoming systematic about building creativity in their schools and companies, the US was not changing as fast.

Thinking and problem solving are the way
Think of the most innovative and innovative organizations you Know, like Apple or Google, Samsung or Ikea. They are also some of the top performing organizations on the planet. So, what's the link between imagination and performance? It comes from trying to stay ahead of what everybody else is doing. To put it differently, these companies not just do things differently, but they frequently do things better. In fact, when best practices in your field are documented, they get regular practices.

Innovation and creative thinking
Because innovation has been so prevalent in America for this Many years, the urgency to change did not seem to be so powerful. But that sounds To be changing throughout the world. People and companies, cities and Countries are all trying to do things differently to get better. Bottom line, If you continue doing what you've been doing, which might not be enough anymore. Many Companies have learned how to encourage and use creativity. And you can, too. Look In the changes Amazon has made over the years. From selling novels to appliances, Electronic readers to movies, or seem at Google. It may have begun with Hunt, but now it helps us map our way to a new location and communicate with Others in ways we never could have thought of, even five years ago.
